The legal bit
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
At Meet Margo, our advice and guidance are free for residential mortgages because we receive a procuration fee from the lender. For buy-to-let mortgages, we charge a £495 fee. This reflects that these are investment properties rather than first homes and allows us to continue focusing our free support where it is needed most.
